Jackie's OMG!!! Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 6 doz. 2" cookies 325° for 15-18 mins.
1C BUTTER 2 Large Eggs
1.5 C Dark Brown Sugar 1 T. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 C. White Sugar (never immitation)

1 tsp. Baking Soda

3C sifted AP Flour
1 tsp. Salt 12 oz. Ghiradelli ® Semi-Sweet Chips
1 pinch Baking Powder 1.5 C nuts (optional)

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder in a bowl & set aside. Cream butter and sugars together until mixture is almost smooth. Add eggs one at a time, gently mixing until blended. Add Vanilla, chips and nuts. Bake. Remove from oven and immediately transfer to cold surface or cooling rack. ENJOY!!!!
